Dental Reminder Cards and Auto-Campaigns
Here's an example of how to set up a dental reminder campaign that will not only remind patients about their appointments, but also build your relationship with them.

Card
1: The Thank You Card
This is the first card they receive after their visit to your dental office. Just a simple "Thank You For Choosing Us!" type of card. You'll want to send this card immediately after their visit.
Card 2: Fun Dental Tip Card
This is a really fun and original way to keep in touch with patients and clients. Send this one 2-3 months later. Create a card that doesn't have anything promotional in it, just a couple of fun facts or tips. Not only does this help them remember you, it also acts as a viral marketing tool! If your little tips are fun or interesting enough, they'll likely share your card with their friends.
For example on the inside of this card you could write:

Mary!
Did you floss today?

3: Appointment Reminder Card
Since regular checkups are every 6 months, set up a reminder card to be sent out automatically around the 5th month. This one card could save you countless, "I forgot" excuses. ;o)

4: Birthday Card
You probably have your client or patient's birthday in your database already. Do you send them a card on their birthday? You should.
With the right system, you can have one sent automatically on their birthday without you having to keep track of each and every one yourself. Imagine how they'll feel knowing you remembered their birthday! This is how you build clients for life.

5: 2nd Six Month Check-up
Let them know it's that time again. Now it's almost a year later and sent out your reminder cards automatically.
It only took you a few minutes to set up your card campaign but you'll reap the rewards for a full year!
